Bre Rauscher started Renegade Kickboxing after struggling with her own battles with mental health and domestic violence. Kickboxing became her refuge from the chaos of life and she found the strength the mental fortitude to change her life.
Renegade was invented to create a space to drop whatever weight you are carrying, both physically and mentally, to allow for space to grow and thrive.
Exercise with intention. The Battle Board was designed as a unique tool for Renegade Kickboxing. When you enter Renegade you write down whatever it is that you are batteling or struggling with on the Battle Board. You work it out on the bag and channel the struggle onto the bag. Leave feeling lighter in every sense.

Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. We are here to build each other up - if you win, we all win.
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
